State Budget

The word "budget" means a leather bag in English. In the British Parliament it is a bag in which the Chancellor of the Exchequer brings to parliament a draft of state revenue and expenditure for the coming year. This term also means income and expense plan for a certain period of time.

State Budget - a plan for needed public expenditures and expected revenue sources for their funding.

The budget, as part of a system of government, affects the interests of every citizen. He directly or indirectly affect the ability to find work, determine what benefits and who will receive, how services will be provided health and education, which will pay civil servants, etc.

The budget provides the financial resources to provide public services to society and the implementation of state policy. From its value depends on the state of roads, street lighting and security of each of us.

In planning expenditures and revenues of the State in implementation of the approved budget should actively participate Society. The requirement of public decision-making on the budget and public accountability to the community occurs on the grounds that the state disposes of public finances.
