Politics may slow economic growth in Kyrgyzstan 2010
Economic growth of Kyrgyzstan may slow down due to politics in 2010, National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs.
Reportedly, at present moment there is a threat coming from decline of Gross Domestic Product. Moreover GDP growth in 2010 may hit by, according to National Bank, 2 percent.
National Bank management says in 2010 might reduced real income among natural and legal persons. This may lead to negative effect of financial standing in credit establishments.
In this connection, specialists suggest financial institutions of the country to overview its credit policy and cut down interest rates. The government, in its turn, shall take prompt measures on support of the economy. Besides, they expressed concern over imbalance in central government budget 2010 and increase in the cost of internal debt maintenance.
